BEACON facilitates an enhanced quality of life for our learners and their families by providing free education programs. Addressing the changing needs of residents in the Western Prince William County area through a strategy that leverages well-trained volunteers, technology, partnerships and alliances, BEACON offers literacy programs to adults and empowers participants to achieve their goals.
